CP Decorates 456 Newly Promoted Officers in Benue
The State Commissioner of Police in Benue State, CP Emenari Ifeanyi, has decorated 456 newly promoted officers in the State Command.
The 456 promoted officers were elevated from the rank of Inspector to Assistant Superintendent of Police II, ASP II, in the recent nationwide promotion exercise approved by the Inspector-General of Police.
CP Emenari Ifeanyi congratulated the newly promoted officers. He enjoined them to see their new rank as a call to greater responsibility, leadership, integrity, and service to the people of Benue State and Nigeria.
The CP expressed gratitude to God, the Police Service Commission and the IGP for the promotion. He stated that 26,119 officers were recommended to the Police Service Commission for approval, describing the promotion as the largest so far across the country.
The Commissioner of Police reiterated the commitment of the State Command to strengthening professionalism and boosting morale within the Force.
