Vice President Kashim Shettima, on behalf of President Bola Tinubu, mourned Army Generals killed in Borno State by terrorists when he visited Maiduguri.

The Vice President condoled with the Nigerian Army, the Government and People of Borno State over the terrorists attacks which claimed the life of Brigadier General Oseni Braimah, two other Generals, and soldiers of the Nigerian Army.

Shettima asserted: "These men wore the uniform for all of us. They stood to protect our communities, our families, and the future of our children. Their courage reminds us that peace and security often come at a very heavy cost."

The Vice President assured of the continued support of the Federal Government, stating that criminals will have no hiding place under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
