The buildup to the 2027 general elections is garnering momentum across the country. 

In Delta State, former Deputy President of the Senate, Ovie Omo-Agege, gas fortified his political machine to battle incumbent Governor Sheriff Francis Orowhedor Oborevwori for the APC governorship ticket. 

The former deputy President of the Senate has engaged in wide consultations and overtures across the state. 

It was gathered that Omo-Agege will soon make a bold statement declaring his aspiration for the governorship race.
