Senator Katung Holds Strategic Meetings with stakeholders
The Senator representing Kaduna South Senatorial region, has held a series of strategic meetings with elected representatives, party executives and key stakeholders across the region to strengthen unity within the All Progressives Congress (APC).
According to a statement issued by his Special Adviser on Media and Communication, Midat Joseph, the Senator first met with the APC zonal leadership and Local Government Chairmen of the party, before engaging members of the Kaduna State House of Assembly from the district, Chairmen of Council Areas, and the leadership of the Governor Uba Sani Support Group in Kaduna South.
Joseph explained that the meetings focused on enhancing coordination across all levels of government, strengthening party cohesion, and aligning collective efforts toward attracting greater democratic dividends to the people of Kaduna South Senatorial District.
The media aide further quoted Senator Katung as saying that his decision to join the APC was informed by the tangible achievements and people-centred interventions of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Kaduna State Governor, Senator Uba Sani, which have positively impacted the district. He noted that the engagements form part of ongoing consultations aimed at fostering unity, effective governance and inclusive development across Kaduna South Senatorial District.
