Governor Sheriff Oborevwori of Delta State seeks partnership between the State Government, the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, and oil Multinational Chevron, for the construction of proposed Omadino/Escravos road and bridge projects.

Governor Oborevwori, meeting with stakeholders on infrastructural development in the state, expressed optimism of strengthening collaboration with the corporate entities on infrastructure development.

The meeting of the Governor with the interventionist agency and oil Multinational, was scheduled after several complaints of low quality construction works across the state.

The governor promised to partner both corporate entities under strict supervision.

On their part, the NDDC MD, Dr. Samuel Ogbuku, and his Chevron counterpart, stressed on the benefits of the projects and synergy between all parties.
