Governor Sheriff Oborevwori Delta State has tasked the Niger Delta Development Commission to prioritize quality project delivery.

The governor made the disclosure while receiving members of the Senate and the House of Representatives Committees on the NDDC, during a meeting at the Government House, Asaba, in preparation for their oversight functions in the state.

Governor Sheriff emphasized that beyond the award of contracts, the commission must ensure that projects meet high and quality standards.

The Chairman, Senate Committee on NDDC, Senator Asuquo Ekpeyong, outlined their mission to the state, as his counterpart in the House of Representatives assured of transparency.
