The National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) on Wednesday staged a protest in Abeokuta, Ogun state capital, picketing some South African firms with a 12- hour ultimatum for them to leave the country.

NANS, National PRO, Azeez Adeyemi while addressing journalists said that they have decided not to attack any of the firms until they defy the instructions.

He added that all the South Africans businesses in  Nigeria must close every form of business transaction within 12 hours.

Adeyemi, therefore, appealed to the Nigerians who have businesses or transaction with South Africans companies to end their transaction as a matter of urgency.
