Nollywood actor Yul Edochie declares presidential bid

Popular Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie has on Monday, April 23, declared his intention to contest for the office of the presidency in the coming 2019 election.

The actor's intention to contest comes in few days after President Muhammadu Buhari's statement, describing youths as #LazyNigerianYouths has been trailed with mixed reactions.

The 38-year old son of Veteran Nollywood actor, Pete Edochie had declared his interest in the Anambra election but later stepped down to throw his weight to support Governor Obiano who later won the election with 21/21 victory.

Yul Edochie's declaration was confirmed via his social media handles where he wrote; "Today I declare my interest to run for President of the greatest country in the world, Nigeria.
A blessed country that has been crippled by decades of bad leadership.
Enough is Enough!
Fellow Nigerians, stand with me let us bring the problems of our country to the THE LAST BUS STOP!!!"
