Governor Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers State has begun the process of reconstituting the State Cabinet. Five of the nine commissioners screened and confirmed by the Rivers State House of Assembly on Wedmnesday took Oath of Office administered by the Governor. He urged them to give their best in the service of the state.

The swearing-in ceremony took place at the Executive chambers of the Government House, Port Harcourt.

Addressing the commissioners after taking their oath of allegiance, Governor Fubara said the rigorous process of screening by the House of Assembly was enough to make the commissioners take the task ahead seriously.
