Oyo state Governor, Seyi Makinde has stressed that his administration will continue to seek innovative ways to collaborate with Local Government administration in sustained efforts at improving the lives of her citizenry.

Governor Makinde stated during the commissioning of the state's local Government house and staff Training school at the state secretariat Agodi, Ibadan.

Speaking at the commissioning, Gov Seyi makinde reaffirmed his commitment to the grassroots development while he also emphasized that it was expedient for government to ensure that there was no lacuna in the Nigerian Constitution even as government strives for full implementation of local government Financial Autonomy .

The Governor also ordered the immediate conversion of adhoc staffs in the state's local government civil service commission to full staff in its employ.
