Rivers CP Assures Of Public Safety
The Police Command has assured residents of Rivers State of public safety. The community and the police were united to reaffirm their commitment to public safety and trust.
The Commissioner of Police in Rivers State, CP Olugbenga Adepoju, led officers and men of the Command on a walk along major streets in Port Harcourt to mark the National Police Week in the state.
The Rivers State Police Commissioner, CP Olugbenga Adepoju, thanking members of the public, assured residents that officers and men of the Command will continue to serve them better.
Echoing the Commissioner’s stance, Member of the Police Community Relations Committee, PCRC, highlighted the Inspector General of Police’s directive to rebuild trust, as other stakeholders assured adequate service delivery.
The police said they will continue to rely on public support to maintain security across the state.
