Parents, teachers, religious leaders and indeed all critical stakeholders have been enjoined to prevail on their wards against cultism and its related vices. Oyo State Commissioner of Police Ayodele Shonubi gave this advice in Ibadan during the parade of 15 males suspected to be involve with alleged cult related activities and illegal possession of firearms.

While briefing newsmen, the Police Boss warned that any individual or group trying to disturb the peace of the state would be made to face the full wrath of the law. He said the youths are members of the dreaded Brothers across Nigeria group popularly called Alora and EIYE fraternity

Shonubi however they called for concerted efforts from members of the public to sniff out criminally minded individuals from their hideouts.
