The police have arrested two suspects, namely, Lucky Okohwoake and Ochuko Warri, who have been on the wanted list of the Delta State Police Command over the murder of one Alex Adanike.

The Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, of the Delta State Command, Edafe Bright, in a statement indicated that the suspects, who are members of the Supreme Vikings Confraternity, gruesomely shot and stabbed to death one Alex Adanike, whom they mistook for his twin brother Okpako Adanike.

In a related development, former Force Public Relations Officer, FPRO, Force Headquarters, DCP Olumiyiwa Adejobi, currently, the Deputy Commissioner of Police in charge of operations in Delta State, led a crack team to arrest two other members of the gang who were involved in the killing of the victim during a raid in the Delta community of Ughelli.

The Delta State Police Commissioner, CP Yemi OYeniyi, commended the commitment of officers for sustaining the fight against crime and Criminality in the state.
