The Ogun State chapter of the People's Democratic Party ( PDP) on Saturday held Ward Congresses across the State.

The ward congresses which was held across all the 236 wards within the 20 local governments of the State had in attendance officials of Independent National Electoral Commission ( INEC) .

Our Correspondent during on spot assessment to Ward 12, 11 in Abeokuta North, reports that PDP faithful in their large numbers came out to elect their executives at the level.

Also, the Congress held at Ogere Town Hall, Ward 7 in Ikenne LG, Hon. Taiwo Soneye emerge the Chairman of the ward.
While monitoring the exercise, the Chairman of Ward Congress Electoral Committee, Hon. Solomon B. Maren said PDP conducted the exercise as a family affair.
