NDC State Chairman Receives 2027 Aspirants, Stakeholders In Kano
The State Chairman of the Nigeria Democratic Congress, NDC, Kano State, Husaini Isah Mai Riga, played host to party aspirants and stakeholders at his residence in Sheka 'Yan Kaji, Kano.
The Personal Assistant, P.A, on Media Director to Husaini Isah Mai Riga, NDC Chairman in Kano, Adam Said Adam, in a statement, indicated that Hajiya Bilkisu, an aspirant seeking the NDC ticket for the Kano Municipal Council, KMC, State House of Assembly seat, in the 2027 elections, paid the chairman a courtesy visit to declare her intention.
Also, Adamu Ibrahim Turkaki, an aspirant for the State House of Assembly, under the NDC in Kumbotso Local Government Area, also visited the Chairman. Both leaders held discussions on key issues affecting Kumbotso LGA and the development of the party in the area.
Chairman of the PETOOP Association, Alhaji Isyaku Muhammad, paid a courtesy visit to the NDC State Chairman to show solidarity and reaffirm his support for his leadership.
PETOOP is an association committed to promoting the political ideals of Peter Obi across the country.
The State Chairman, Husaini Isah Mai Riga, expressed appreciation to the people of Kano State for their continued support. He assured that the party would operate with structure and order, and reaffirmed the commitment to the Kwankwasiyya movement framework, established by Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso.
