A Federal High Court, sitting in Abuja, has dismissed the disqualification suit against former President Goodluck Jonathan. Apparently, the court has cleared the former President to contest the 2027 presidential election following populist calls on the former President by Niegrian hyouths to contest the election to save Nigeria.
The presiding Judge of the Federal High Court, Justice Peter Lifu, dismissed the eligibility suit on Tuesday.
The plaintiff, Ndubuisi Ukpai, had at the previous sitting, informed the court that he had just been served with a preliminary objection filed by the defence.
