The Kaduna State Governor, senator uba sani has on Wednesday, launched the 2024 Armed Forces Remembrance Day Emblem and Appeal Fund in commemoration of the fallen and living heroes and heroines of the Armed Forces of Nigeria, who have sacrificed their lives in the service of their fatherland.

 

Governor Uba Sani launched the sales of the emblem with the sum of five million naira in respect of the 2023 – 2024 Armed Forces Remembrance Day celebration at the Arewa House in Kaduna.

 

sani emphasized that Nigerian soldiers have served in many battle Fields and many died in these battles. He appeal for ways that dispute can be settle without the use of arms so that the world and Nigeria can be safe and peaceful for citizens and their children.

 

 Bala Adamu who represented the Kaduna state chairman Nigerian legion appeal to well wishers and all Nigerians to support them so that they can cater for orphans and widows of fallen heroes amongst other responsibilities.
