Police arrest cultists killers in Anambra
Operatives of the Anambra state police command have arrested two suspected cult leaders responsible for the killings in Ihiala community.
The command in a statement by the spokesperson Tochukwu Ikenga made available to Galaxy news, said the special operation crack squad was deployed to the community by the police commissioner Aderemi Adeoye, to provide security for the people and it led to the arrest of one Chitana Oha and Emmanuel Okonkwo.
Both suspects according to the police were arrested in their hideouts at Okija within the same local government area.
The commissioner of police vowed to end cult related killings in Ihiala, same way he stamped out cultists in the capital city of Awka.
He also assured members of the public that their security and the protection of their properties is the topmost priority of the command.
