Palestine Prime Minister calls for end to aggression

The Prime Minister of Palestine, Dr Mohammed Shtieh, has called on the isreali Government to stop all aggression against its people, by allowing flows of Humanitarian and relief materials to reach all the areas in Gaza by opening all the crossing points.

Speaking through the Ambassador of Palestine to Nigeria, Abdullah Shawesh, at a press briefing in Abuja, The Prime Minister declared the political position of Palestine against the injustice done to its people

He noted that , Palestine today sits at the top of political discourse all around the world as they have continued to pay unbearable prices.

He further stressed that as a matter of urgency, there must be international recognition of the state of Palestine as a member of the United Nations, after being an observer for more than 11 years, noting that the United Nations should set a timetable to end the occupation.

The Prime Minister revealed that, negotiations have not been successful due to power imbalance and isreali saying, cancellations of the Oslo Accord on the ground amongst other area of focus.
