Olu of Imasayi Seeks Cooperation With Private Investors On Community Devt

The Olu of Imasayi, Oba Lukmon Adeleke Kuoye, is seeking cooperation with private investors to promote community development in his kingdom.

The royal father, therefore, pledged that his community will ensure the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding, MOU, with any organisation seeking to operate on their land, to guarantee the development of the community.

Oba Adeleke Kuoye said this has become necessary, especially, given the current economic hardship. He anticipated that such cooperation will create employment opportunities for unemployed youths in the community, as well as ensure that the welfare of the people is always considered in management decisions.

Oba Kuoye, at the groundbreaking ceremony of Aspire Development in Imasayi, the laying of foundation for a residential estate project, urged youths and all members of the community to cooperate and ensure peaceful coexistence and smooth business operations that would promote rapid community development.

A private investor, Tunji Lawson, said the organisation chose Imasayi because of its rich human and natural resources, which are vital to the success of the project.

He added that the company is prepared to collaborate with the Ogun State Government to create job opportunities in the area, stressing the importance of the developmental project being executed in the community.
