Ekiti is a must win for APC- Buhari
President Muhammadu Buhari has asked members of the Ruling All Progressives Congress to ensure victory of the party in the coming gubernatorial polls slated for July 14.
Speaking at a dinner with South West caucus of the All Progressives Congress (APC) at the Presidential Villa, Abuja. The president said the party must ensure that the election is credible and the will of the people not subverted.
He, however, called on party members to take their participation in the Ekiti gubernatorial contest seriously.
Chieftain of the party and former national chairman of APC, Bisi Akande, however, advocated support of all members to defeat the incumbent Peoples Democratic Party led by Governor Ayodele Fayose.
