The commissioner for Information and Rural Roads in Delta State, Charles Aniagwu, has threated to revoke a road contract in the state over slow pace of work.

Aniagwu, leading journalists on an inspection tour of ongoing road construction, expressed disappointment over the slow pace of road construction at Amai/Aragba Road in Ukwani Local Government Area.

The Commissioner, therefore, threatened to revoke the contract if the pace and specifications of the project are not met.

Also, Charles Emetulu, member, representing Ndokwa Constituency in the Delta State House Of Assembly, expressed displeasure over the incident.
