The presidential candidate of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, in the 2027 general elections, former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, has visited Rt. Hon. Rotimi Chibuike Amaechi, former Minister of Transportation, at his residence in Abuja.

Amaechi lost at the ADC primary election, won by Atiku.

Atiku Abubakar, paying a courtesy visit to Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi, may have activated a process of reconciliation and unity after the party's primary election.
