Governor Adeola Adeleke of Osun State has taken initiatives to protect schools in the state against bandits attack and kidnapping. The Governor, accordingly, held a consultation meeting with His Imperial Majesty, Ooni Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi Ojaja II, the 51st Ooni of Ife, and other traditional rulers and security agencies, to work out plans that will ensure safety of schools, pupils, students and teachers in the state.

The new plan is also extended to communities across the state.
