The General Superintendent of the Deeper Christian Life Ministry, Pastor Williams Kumuyi, visiting Benue State, said the security challenges in the country would soon be a thing of the past, if only everyone remain humble before God and pray for the country, Nigeria.

The General Superintendent of Deeper Life Church, at the Government House, Makurdi, commended Governor Hyacinth Alia for his developmental strides, despite the challenges in the state.

Arriving at Markudi Airport, Pastor Kumuyi was received by senior officials of Benue State Government, leaders of Christian Association of Nigeria and Pentecostal fellowship of Nigeria and members of the church.

The Deputy Governor of Benue State, Sam Ode, represented the governor, to welcome Pastor Kumuyi; he said Benue State is delighted for his visit as a father of faith, who has impacted the lives of many in the state and across the globe, through his preaching. He stated that the state government anchors its values on God's principles.

Pastor Kumuyi informed the state government that he was in Benue for a crusade in Gboko and Otukpo in the next few days, assuring the state of God's blessings.
