GOV. Dickson seeks partnership with U.S
Bayelsa state governor, Seriake Dickson has said that the only way to promote peace in the state is to partner with the United States in attracting investors.
The governor made the disclosure in Yenagoa while receiving the United States Embassy delegation led by the Economic Chief Thomas Hines, who arrived the state on a two day working visit.
The US Economic Chief who visited the Ijaw national Academy and the University of Africa at Toru-Orua community, later visited the EXCO chambers where the governor spoke on the need for partnership.
Fielding questions from journalists on their assessment, the Economic chief and the political officer of the United States consulate said the educational facilities will impact on the peoples life.
The visit later went into a closed door session by the governor, his deputy and the delegation of the United States Embassy.
