A former member of the House Of Representatives, Ndudi Elumelu, has stepped out for comeback to the National Assembly, obtaining the Expression of Interest and Nomination Forms of the All Progressives Congress, APC, for the 2027 general elections.

The former federal lawmaker, who represented Aniocha/Oshimili Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, was defeated in the 2023 elections by the candidate of the Labour Party, Ngozi Okolie. He was then of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, and joined the defection train of Governor Sheriff Oborevwori to the APC.

Elumelu, former Minority Leader in the House of Representatives, would be deploying his legislative experience in the service of the Aniocha/Oshimili Federal Constituency residents.
