Ondo state police command has launched investigations into yesterday attack on an Akure church, Sotitobire Miracle Center.

Angry youth besieged the church headquarters, destroyed everything in sight and looted every valuable and also went to the resident of the pastor.

As at this morning, people are still trooping the scene of the incident while some scavengers are still at work dismantling things especially metal materials.

Cp Adie Undie described the killing of innocent people during the mob action as unacceptable and warned against jungle justice saying the police is not planning to cover any act of criminality in the allegations levied against Pastor Babatunde Alfa.
