Police arrest pastor, others for rituals
Police operatives in Ogun have arrested a Pastor, Ayodele Bamiduro and Olushola Akindele over the alleged killing of a woman identified as Iya Aanu.
Parading the suspects at the scene of the incident the Commissioner of Police, Ahmed Iliyasu said the offences committed bordered on conspiracy, murder and ritualism.
Iliyasu explained the district head of Igbore Robiyan in Ifo local government area of the state reported to the police about a headless, decomposing body of a woman which was found in an uncompleted building within the community.
Adding that after serious technical intelligence work, the two suspects were arrested and have confessed.
