A governorship aspirant in Oyo State for the 2027 General Elections, Ambassador Olufemi Ajadi-Oguntoyinbo, has expressed optimism and confidence that the crisis in the Peoples Democratic party, PDP, will soon be resolved and the party's candidates will be on the ballots.

Ajadi-Oguntoyinbo at a stakeholders meeting of the PDP in Egbeda Local Government Area, Oyo State, asserted that the party would be on the ballot in next year’s general election. He maintained that the PDP's resolve remains unshakeable, expressing a form belief that the party would overcome current obstacles and emerge stronger.

Prominent PDP grassroots leaders and followers attended the stakeholders meeting to deliberate on the party's fortune.

The Governorship aspirant urged his supporters to use the ongoing Ramadan and Lent period for spiritual growth, self-reflection and community bonding.
