Additional four inmates of the Suleja Correctional Center out of the 119 inmates that escaped during a rainstorm that occurred in the center have captured. Recall that the fleeing inmates took advantage of the heavy rainstorm that wreck havoc in the facility to escaped had since been declared wanted.

Not only that, 10 of the inmates had earlier been captured before four others were equally nabbed by officers of the service with the support of other sisters agencies. Galaxy Tv reports that Public Relations Officer of the Service and an Assistant Controller of Correction, Umar Abubakar, said authorities has since activated all mechanism to capture all fleeing inmates.

He attributed the impact of the incident to the aging of the the structure in the facility which was built in 1916 adding that normalcy has since returned to the Centre. Abubakar, who lauded the leadership qualities of the Controller General of Corrections, Haliru Nababa, the service has secured the understanding and support of other security agencies saying the fleeing inmates cannot run for life.
