The former Accountant-General and Finance Commissioner during Nasir el-Rufai’s administration in Kaduna State, Shizzer Joy Nasara Bada, has been arrested by the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) at a Lagos airport.

Bada was reportedly attempting to flee the country when ICPC operatives apprehended her, raising suspicions of a potential escape in light of mounting corruption allegations.
