Court remands journalist in prison
The Federal High Court sitting in Port Harcourt, the Rivers state capital has commenced the hearing of the case of the Journalists, Kemi Olunloyo who is standing trial for alleged character defamation of the General Overseer of salvation ministries, David Ibiyeomie.
The court commenced cross examination of witness on the Cyber crime charge against Kemi Omololu-Olunloyo over a defaming publication against David Ibiyeomie.
Meanwhile the court also refused the application for bail of the US based journalist, Kemi Olunloyo.
However, the Court would resume hearing on Tuesday, April 11, 2017.
