Activist berates President over alleged human rights violation

A legal practitioner, rights activist and former governorship aspirant in Edo state, SirCasely Omon-Irabor has frowned over what he described as the noncompliance of the president to the democratic system in the country.


This is coming weeks after the President’s statement at the NBA conference in Abuja where he spoke on National interest and the rule of law.  

Speaking on rights abuse, the APC chieftain frowned over the continuous detention of former National Security Adviser, Sambo  Dasuki.

On the defection of former Delta state governor, Emmanuel  Uduaghan to the ruling All Progressives Congress, he said the constitution is not against it.

Meanwhile, the former Edo state governorship aspirant also said he is contemplating his membership of the ruling APC as a result of different allegation of human rights abuses.
