‎Ogun state command of the Federal Road Safety Corps have confirmed about 10 persons dead along Abeokuta expressway.

The road accident, reportedly occurred today, Thursday, July 6, at ‎Orilemore along Abeokuta Sagamu Expressway, Ogun state.‎

Speaking to our correspondent John Felix, some eye witness confirmed that the accident occurred at about 10.30 am when a passenger alighted to ease herself, then a truck fell on the packed vehicle.

Confirming the accident, Sector Commander, FRSC Ogun State, Clement Oladele said the accident occured as a result of over speeding vehicle.

However, Oladele urged road user to drive with caution particularly during the raining season.
