Osun promises improved health care delivery
The healthcare sector of Osun state has received a boost with the inauguration of Eight newly rehabilitated primary health centres in the state. The government had last week said it would commence inauguration of completed 100 primary health centres revitalized across the state.
At the inauguration, Governor Gboyega Oyetola affirms the commitment of his administration to revamp the sector. He says the initiative is a holistic programme that covers the renovation of facilities, provision of modern equipment, supply of drugs, training and retraining of staff and employment of technology to power healthcare delivery for optimum results.
Governor Oyetola believes the revitalization of the health centres will improve healthcare delivery and the general wellbeing of the people.
The Supervisor for Works, Remi Omowaye who is a member of the Health Revitalisation Committee, appeals to the staff and residents of the community to complement the government's efforts by putting The facilities into good use. He appealed to the people to patronize the health centres and put into good use, the facilities being put in place.
