Bandits Chase Residents Out Of Community In Fresh Attack In Kaduna, 30 Dead
Bandits chased residents out of Naridon community in Kaduna State in fresh attack to undermine ongoing war against terrorism in the country. The residents lamented they were preparing to relocate to a neighbouring community for safety, after renewed attack on Sunday night that left at least 30 people dead, several others were injured.
According to residents, the gunmen struck at about 11.00pm on Sunday. They shot indiscriminately, set houses and businesses ablaze, and fled before security forces arrived.
Naridon sits on the border between Kaduna State and Ganawuri in Riyom Local Government Area of Plateau State. Residents say the attackers moved freely, targeting people and property.
