The Police have recovered three stolen vehicles in separate intelligence operations in Enugu State. One was recovered in Enugu and two snatched in Anambra State.

The Police Public Relations Officer, Enugu State Command, Daniel Ndukwe, in a statement. indicated that the Command's operatives attached to the Central Police Station, in collaboration with the Neighbourhood Watch, arrested one Joseph Teso while attempting to escape with a stolen Toyota Hiace bus, which he stole using a master key.

The suspect, according to the PPRO, led the team to their hideout where three other suspects were arrested and the stolen cars recovered.

The Enugu State Police commissioner, CP Mamman Giwa, while commending the officers and men of the command for their gallantry, urged residents to always provide credible information, while adopting basic vehicle security measures.
