Lekki Local Council Development Area, with deep sorrow and heavy heart, announced the passing of His Majesty, the Kabiesi Onise of Ise-Land, His Royal Majesty Oba Ganiyu Adebowale Adegbesan.

The Executive Chairman, Rasaki Bamidele Kasali, RBK, in a statement, expressed that His Majesty was a revered traditional leader whose life was marked by peace, unity, and the welfare of his people.

He added that he stood as a symbol of culture and wisdom. His loss is felt profoundly by the entire Lekki LCDA family, the chairman said.

It is with deep sorrow and a heavy heart that I inform the public of the passing of His Majesty, the Kabiesi Onise of Ise-Land, His Royal Majesty Oba Ganiyu Adebowale Adegbesan, who left us tonight.
