Kidnapping has reared its ugly face again in Ondo State as gunmen have reportedly kidnapped one Surajudeen Alao, a native of Oba Akoko and another yet to be identified person.

The duo was said to be abducted on Ikun – Oba Akoko road while returning from Ikun day festival.

It was gathered that the incident caused anxiety among residents of Oba Akoko.

The families of the victims claimed they were yet to be contacted by the abductors.

The abduction is coming few days after Ondo state governor, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu launched Operation Amotekun to fight crimes in the state.
