Oyo state has been thrown into mourning mood again as the permanent secretary of the ministry of public works and transport, Architect Adebowale Balogun is dead.

His death came few days after Governor Seyi Makinde’s special adviser on infrastructure, Engr. Simiyu James Adepoju, died.

Our Correspondent learnt that Kizito, as he is fondly called, died in the early hours of Wednesday.
