The suspense surrounding the kidnap of a top female Delta politician, former Commissioner for Technical Education in Delta State and former house of representatives member, Hon. Joan Onyemaechi aka Ada Anioma who was abducted last week Thursday from her Church in Asaba has finally come to an end.

This followed the much awaited confirmation from the Delta state Police command which is the confirming authority in this regard.

Spokesperson of the command Bright Edafe confirmed her release midnight on Friday to GALAXYT but declined to give further details of her release.

It will be recalled that news of her death was reported in most online medium last week despite the state police command refusal to confirm her death in the hands of her abductors.
