Trump Requests Australia To Grant Asylum To Iran Women National Football Team

President Donald J. Trump of the United States, U.S. has requested Australia to grant asylum to members of the Iran women's national football team.

The U.S. President enjoined the Prime Minister of Australia, Anthony Norman Albanese, to offer asylum to the Female Football Team of Iran, and should not allow them to go back to Iran after the female footballers refused to sing the national anthem of their country in the opening match against South Korea.

Trump admonished that if the female footballers are forced back to Iran, "they will most likely be killed."
He said that if Australia refused them asylum, the U.S. will take them.

Trump, in a post on X said it be a “terrible humanitarian mistake” for Australia not to give asylum to the female team of Iran.

Trump stated: "Australia is making a terrible mistake by allowing the Iran National Women's Soccer Team to be forced back to Iran, where they will most likely be killed.

"Don't do it, Mr. Prime Minister, give ASYLUM.

"The U.S. will take them if you won't.

"Thank you for your attention to this matter.

"President Donald J. Trump."

Anthony Norman Albanese, the 31st Prime Minister of Australia, is expected to be part of the global community in solidarity with the Female Soccer Team of Iran after the State Radio of Iran labeled the ladies "traitors" in time of war for refusing to sing Iran national anthem in Australia.
