President Buhari arrived Germany sunday, 7th for the G7 summit, The G7 had earlier requested the then President-elect to prepare a shopping list and come with it for their consideration in what is seen as an excellent goodwill gesture towards the new leader and the country.

the president reportedly took with him a 'wish list'of Nigeria to present at the summit; speaking through a statement, the Senior Special Assistant (Media and Publicity) to the President, Malam Garba Shehu who also accompanied the president revealed that number one on the President's list  is the problem of security.

Also accompanining president Buhari on this trip, is former Lagos state governor Babatunde Fashola, and current governor of Borno state Sheittima.

Elected Bayelsa East Senator, and owner of silverbird Group has criticized borno governor for his trip to the G7 summit,  he expressed hi views on sunday night via social media saying :


'It might not be in the best interest of Borno that both the President and Gov of Borno are abroad while our brothers there are being bombed!'
