Senator representing Abia South Senatorial District, Enyinnaya Abaribe and Small And Medium Enterprise Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN) are advocating for more participation and patronage for the made in Aba products.

This appeal was made during a joint press conference organized by Senator Abaribe and SMEDAN for the 4th edition of made in Aba fair.

Addressing a joint press conference on the planned 4th Made-in-Aba trade fair, the Director General, SMEDAN, Doctor Dikko Umar Radda said the most important aspect of the fair is to create market opportunity and market access to those that make their products in Aba.

Dikko said the fair is organized to showcase products produced by Nigerians who have received capacity building over the years.

Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe in a similar vein noted that most items consumed in Nigeria can be produced in Aba. He said that the essence of made in Aba fair is to tell Nigerians that they can consume what is made in Nigeria.
